George Stout
George, alongside his wife Anne, have owned the business since 2012 and built the business from strength to strength. You'll find George in the office at Hatston making sure everything is running smoothly.
Anne C Stout
Anne owns the business alongside her husband George. Anne works in the shop and office at Hatston and orders all the goodies we have for sale across both of our shops.
Lorraine MacDonald
Lorraine works in the office at Hatston, and is the friendly voice you'll get on the phone to help with your orders or queries. Lorraine keeps the books in check and makes sure your orders are processed and shipped on time.
Jack Stout
Jack also works in the Hatston office, working alongside the office and the shop teams to keep everything running efficiently.
The Brig Larder team
Ben Stout
Ben works in Brig and manages the running of the shop. Ben is the cheery face you see behind the alcohol counter, helping customers purchase some of the lovely options we have from Orkney.
Lee Paterson
Lee works in The Brig Larder, making sure our selection of Orkney products are fully stocked and the fish and cheese counters are looking their best. Lee's extensive knowledge of our products allows him to support any customer to find exactly what they are after.
Kayleigh Thomson
Kayleigh works alongside Ben and Lee in the deli, keeping the shop filled and keeping customers happy. Kayleigh looks after the gifts in the shop, and is always on hand to offer any advice and provide any recommendations.
The Hatston Team
Donna Doherty
Having worked at Jollys for over a decade, Donna is a friendly constant in the shop. Donna keeps on top off ordering and stock control for the Hatston shop, and always keeps everything full for customers.
Lorraine Thorpe
Lorraine is the cook at Jollys, preparing all of our ready meals and specials for the Hatston team to serve in the shop. You'll also find Lorraine in the shop, helping the team when required.
Maggie Scott
Maggie is new to the team, joining Jollys in 2024. She also works in the shop at Hatston, serving customers and making sure everything is stocked up and looking good.
Kirsty MacPherson
Kirsty is also a new member of the team, joining in 2024. She works alongside Donna and Maggie to keep customers happy and the shop running well.
The Factory Team
Martin Peace
Martin is the factory manager, making sure everything is running smoothly so the shops are stocked up and every order goes out on time. He is also our smoked salmon slicer, slicing every side by hand for a beautiful texture.
Ross MacPherson
Ross works in the factory at Hatston, processing all of the fish and shellfish that gets delivered. Ross also works to fulfill all of our online mail orders and our orders for our trade customer in Orkney and throughout the UK.
Ross McQuillan
Ross also works in the factory, processing all of the fish and shellfish and completing all orders alongside Ross and Martin. Ross also supports Martin in hand-slicing all of our smoked salmon.
Josh Brammah
Josh is newest member of the Jollys team, joining us full time from October 2024. He works across the shop at Hatston and within the factory, supporting both departments whenever needed.
