Meet the Team
George & Anne – They have owned Jollys for 7 years now and the business is going from strength to strength. Anne works in the shop and office and orders all the goodies we have for sale, while George mainly works in the office, covering the shops when needed.
Nicola – Nicola has been with Jollys for over 12 years and runs the office side of things and deals with all the mail orders, and sometimes even goes out delivering orders in the Jollys van!
Martin – Martin is the Factory Manager, and the smoked salmon slicer! Making sure everything is running smoothly so the shops are well stocked and orders go out on time.
Lee – Lee works in The Brig Larder making sure the Jollys section is always fully stocked and the fish and cheese counters are looking their best.
Karen – Karen works in the shop serving customers and makes sure all the tasty hot food is cooked and ready on time for all our customers.
Donna – Donna also works in the shop serving customers and making sure everything is stocked up and looking good.
Paul – Paul works in the factory preparing the fish and making up orders for our wholesale and retail customers.
Jason – Jason works in the shop making our delicious cold filled rolls and serving customers.
