Stockan's Thick Oatcakes

Great flavour and traditional shape. Just two with my breakfast are lovely - either with thick cut orange marmalade or cream cheese. I have these every day and enjoy them either sweet or savoury covered. The texture has subtle changes according to the milling process and source of flour but every time these oatcakes are delicious.
