A pair of our delicious smoked haddock fillets.

Our haddock is sourced from the North Sea waters around Orkney, filleted, brined and smoked in our traditional kiln under oak chippings. Our recipe and smoking method provides a beautifully delicate taste and texture, providing a completely authentic product. Perfect to cook in the oven with a knob of butter or to use for your Cullen Skink soup.
