This lovely vinegar made by The Golden Slipper in Orkney is a complex and acidic vinegar made with peat-smoked Golden Promise malt.
Expertly brewed using traditional methods and aged in wood casks, this 7% acidity malt is an excellent pairing with some of our lovely smoked seafood.
Each bottle contains 200ml.
