Our locally sourced organic salmon is traditionally smoked in our kiln, over oak chippings, before being delicately sliced by hand. Our Organic Smoked Salmon is a real delicacy and is renowned for its subtle flavour.  

Please choose which pack size you would like. The 100g pack contains approx 3/4 hand sliced pieces, which would make a perfect gift, or a delicious indulgence.
