brilliant Cheese for Cooks

I am a fan of Cheeses for all seasons but this one, it is one of the most adaptable ingredients I have used. From filling pasties mixed with mixed vegetables to frying/grilling with Balsamic vinegar and everything in between it is superb and to cap it all it is good as an ordinary cheese as well! marvellous

Fresh & delicate

I found this when on holiday and was so pleased to be able to order some for Christmas. It's fresh pressed, light, delicate and full of flavour too. Just lovely.
