This delicious locally sourced Orkney salmon is cured to our special recipe, cold smoked in our traditional kiln over oak chippings, then roasted in the oven to give a superb product with a beautiful depth of flavour and a lovely flaky texture.
Beautiful served both hot and cold, and works perfectly in a salad or as a showstopper for your center piece.
Choose between 700g, 900g, or 1200g sides.
