Smoked Mackerel Pair - Choose plain, chilli, pepper

When I ordered these I made the accompanying recipe. Mackeral and Lentil salad. Oh my word, delicious is an understatement and I chose the chilli version and it just seemed to lift the whole recipe. We are having the last of the Chilli Mackeral today in the above salad served with a freshly baked granary loaf. A beautiful recipe to serve any time but would go down well on a sunny lazy weekend.
The produce from Jolly's is absolutely superb and just so fresh. I would not buy fish from anywhere else and the service is first class as well.

With the Smoked Mackerel I make my own pate it tastes great on toast with Orkney Butter.

Salmon or mackerel is good with a salad.
